At Dusty Plains, we stand behind the quality of our products.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Return Shipping  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
